Marriage records often offer insight about the unions found in your family tree. At a minimum, marriage records from Kentucky usually include the following information: the first and last names of each party, and the marriage date and location. More modern and detailed records from Kentucky can include the names of parents, place of residence of the bride and groom, and the officiant.
