15. To see if the Town will vote to authorize the Selectmen and Town Treasurer to borrow money upon the credit of the Town in anticipation of taxes.

16. To see if the Town will vote to allow a discount of 2 1/2% for real estate taxes paid within 15 days of the postmarked date of the tax bill, or act in any way relating thereto.

17. Shall we adopt the provisions of RSA 80:58-86 for a Real Estate Tax Lien procedure? These statutes provide that tax sales to private individuals for non-payment of property taxes on real estate are replaced with a real estate tax lien procedure under which only a municipality or county where the property is located or the state may acguire a tax lien against land and buildings for unpaid taxes.

18. To see if the Town will authorize the Selectmen to accept any or all legacies, gifts, grants and subsidies to the Town in trust or otherwise by any individual or individuals and to further authorize that the funds may be expended for the purposes stated or act in any way relating thereto.
