Report of Budget Committee given by Chairman Lawrence W. Shirley. He commended the Pinardville Fire Department for turning the total of their Fire Equipment over to the town.

Article 2. Voted to raise and appropriate the sum of $1350.00 for the Goffstown Public Library.

Article 3. Voted to raise and appropriate the sum of $1500.00 for the maintenance and improvement in the Cemeteries.

Article 4. Voted to dismiss this article.

Article 5. Voted to authorize the Selectmen to borrow from time to time as needed, certain sums of money in anticipation of taxes not to exceed in total at any time the sum of Thirty Thousand ($30,000.00) Dollars, giving the Selectmen the right to renew said loans in anticipation of taxes as may be found necessary.

Article 6. Voted to authorize the Selectmen to administer or dispose of any Real Estate acquired by the Town through Tax Collector’s Deeds.

Article 7. Voted to allow the Selectmen to renew the Bridge note, so called, held by the Hillsborough County Savings Bank, upon which Four Thousand ($4,000.00) Dollars is due August 1, 1945, at such time as the Bank may require.
