To the inhabitants of the Town of Francestown in the County
of Hillsborough in said State, qualified to vote in Town
affairs:
You are hereby notified to meet at the Town Hall on Tuesday,
the tenth day of March, 1981 at 10:00 a.m. for the choice of
Town Officers elected by official ballot.
The polls will open on said date at 10:00 a.m. and will close
not earlier than 6:00 p.m. in the evening.
You are hereby notified that the second session of the annual
meeting of the Town of Francestown will be held at the Town Hall
on Saturday the fourteenth day of March, 1981 at 10:00 a.m. in
the morning to act on those matters not to be voted on by
official ballot.
Article 1.
To choose all necessary Town Officers for the ensuing terms.
Article 2.
To raise such sums of money as may be necessary to defray
Town charges for the ensuing year and make appropriations for
the same.
Article 3.
To see if the Town will vote to authorize the Selectmen to
borrow a sufficient sum of money to pay current expenses in
anticipation of taxes, or take any other action relating thereto.
